Hi, I'm Jenny, but I do answer to Jenny, Jen, the photographer lady, and anything else really - especially when it gets to the evening of a wedding!
I'm married, I'm a mum to my little boy and I'm also a dance teacher!
I love being outdoors and capturing the different seasons, the colours, the world around us.
If i'm not shooting, editing or teaching you'll find me snuggled up on the sofa getting lost in a good book!
from the beginning
I have always loved photographs and the memories they bring back.
My husband Karl bought me my first DSLR and I couldn't wait to get stuck in!
From portraits to dogs and dance shows to christenings. And then, (not long after my own wedding), I had the opportunity to assist at a wedding as a second shooter – and I loved it!
From there, I focused on gaining experience, finding my style and exploring alternative ways of adding my own personal touch to each photograph I take.

before photography
After leaving school, I completed my A-Levels and started to study Primary Teaching. Simultaneously, I ran my own childminding business and continued to do so for 10 years.
During this time, I started teaching at a local dance school (where I still teach today)!
Using my camera to take action shots for dance and childminding, it really made me realise how much I loved photography!
Now, I get to do what I love for a living, meet and make new friends and capture beautiful memories - I couldn’t be happier!
